We have a long and successful history of contract management and have grown rapidly serving in both the prime contractor and subcontractor roles, making us a leading supplier of professional services to the federal government. CDS2 qualifies under U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and also holds several other qualifications required for specific federal, state and local government contracting programs. We received the U.S. Small Business Administration’s certification as a Section 8(a) company in 2000, and graduated from the 8(a) program in September 2010.
