Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analyst, Senior
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analyst at Command Decisions Systems & Solutions, Inc. located in Elizabeth City, NC. As a Senior RCM Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the reliability and maintainability of aviation systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You will develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and optimize maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct failure analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will participate in the development of training programs and provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an RCM Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, practices, and methodologies
- 10 Years experience in performing reliability analyses including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
- 5 Years experience in performing Root Cause Analysis
- RCM Practitioner
- RCM Facilitator
- Proficiency in using reliability software tools and statistical analysis software including Reliasoft Weibull/RGA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to reliability and maintenance
