Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) Assessment

MCAS Yuma selected CDS2 to lead a vulnerability assessment of the command’s AT/FP program.  CDS2 began the project by analyzing the current AT/FP plan in relation to DoD Directive 2000.12.H, MCO 3501.36, and other relevant security guidelines.  After this initial analysis period, CDS2 subject matter experts then conducted a complete vulnerability assessment using its’ proprietary Total Security Management Assessment methodology, which is based on public and private sector “best practices” for security and risk mitigation as well as critical infrastructure protection analysis.  The Total Security Management Assessment methodology identifies vulnerabilities and provides mitigation steps for any cascading effects that would negatively impact the MCAS-Yuma mission.  At the completion of the project, CDS2 delivered a comprehensive one, three to five, and 10 year time-phased Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to MCAS Yuma.
