Fort Leavenworth, KS, September 11, 2015 - Command Decisions Systems & Solutions Inc., (CDS2), a woman-owned small business located in Stafford, VA is pleased to announce its continued support of the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (Cyber CoE). From the Cyber Support Element - Fort Leavenworth, Kansas (CSE-FLKS), team CDS2 will deliver cyber analytical support services in the areas of concepts & doctrine, lessons learned, materiel development, leader development, education & training (LDE&T), and capabilities needs analysis.

As one of the premier small companies in the field of cyberspace operations, CDS² collaborates and engages appropriate Army, joint, inter-organizational and multinational cyberspace and electronic warfare communities of practice, academia, and the private sector. CDS² personnel attend select meetings, symposia, major studies, conferences, and other venues wherever cyber electromagnetic expertise is required. The team is credited with creating the Army Cyberspace Operations Capabilities Based Assessment, the Army Cyberspace LDE&T Assessment and Implementation Strategy, and the Army Cyberspace Operations DOTMLPF Integrated Capabilities Recommendation. CDS2 also developed the Army Leader’s Cyberspace Operation Course and numerous cyberspace courses for Army professional military education. They have also been instrumental in efforts to bring a future cyberspace situational awareness capability to Army tactical echelons.

The Cyber CoE, located at Fort Gordon (Augusta, GA), is the Force Modernization Proponent for cyberspace operations, signal/communications networks and information services, and electronic warfare.
