CDS² assists the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command, Information Systems and Infrastructure Program Office with business and cost analytics and portfolio support

Quantico VA, September 22, 2014 - Command Decisions Systems & Solutions Inc., (CDS2), a woman-owned small business located in Washington D.C., is proud to announce its support of the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command’s Total Force Information Technology Systems (TFITS) Product Management Office. CDS2 is providing technical assistance for the Business Analytics, Cost Analytics, and Portfolio Support (BACAPS) effort.

The TFITS Product Management Office is responsible for a portfolio of enterprise information technology systems that are used throughout the Marine Corps for recruiting, retention, manpower planning, manpower operations, structure management, deployment planning, readiness reporting, training management, paperless acquisition, and logistics. Each of the 25 managed systems maintains a program cost estimate, and conducts business analytics to support budgeting and investment decision making. The Portfolio requires technical assistance in reporting and automation of the business life cycle processes. CDS2 provides a team of subject matter experts, business analysts and technical skills to support the effort.

Mr. Lou Peradotto, the Product Manager for TFITS kicked off the effort on September 30 with Ms. Barbara Hennessy, the President and Founder of CDS2, and the combined Government and CDS2 team in attendance.
